The BC Human Rights Tribunal is at it again. In October, the tribunal gave Jessie Nelson, a biological female restaurant server that uses "they/them" pronouns, $30,000 as "compensation for injury to their [sic] dignity, feelings, and self-respect." The Tribunal decided that Nelson was discriminated against based on gender identity and expression, which is forbidden by the BC Human Rights Code. Poster Comment: I am very lucky that my great-grandmother who was born in Canada moved with her family to Chicago when she was a little girl. Could you imagine a government like that and voters stupid enough to keep Trudeau in office?

So if I go there and they don't use my correct pronouns, Lord/God, I can sue them too?
I live in Tennessee. My personal pronouns are "Don't bother me" and "Get the hell out of here."
