Using a firearm in self-defense is a one-way trip to prison for a white person nowadays. Make no mistake, the government will not make the "Rittenhouse Mistake" ever again.

Apparently Fort Wayne is not only the wire drawing die capitol of the world, but it looks like they might be trying to make a name for themselves in the pneumatic weapon business, Tippman Ind., Byrna, etc. Byrna started out in South Africa where there was a little problem with a certain segment of the population.

Come Monday, I'm going to call Byrna and see if I can pick them up at the factory. I'm going to get both the Mission 4 (M4, get it?) and a bright pink SD launcher. I want the person laughing before a world of hurt comes down on them. The Byrna pepperball rounds are very effective, hurt like a motherfucker on impact, and keep hurting and temporarily blind you from the burning. The kinetic rounds will penetrate automotive side and backglass which is damned hard to break.

Check out the Byrna YouTube channel to see vid of how they work and people stupid enough to be human Guinea Pigs to test the rounds.

Thanks so much, I needed a "to-do" for tomorrow.

325fps is nothing to laugh at, especially when it lands in one's grill.

If it'll penetrate auto glass, you won't have a grill anymore.

Does FW have a state home that provides these morons for Byrna testing purposes?

The question I have, is the effectiveness of ONE round.

These guys don’t even flinch until 5 rounds have hit that plate, and in all honesty in that second of reaction time, that target could be moving and out of the chemical cloud’s reach.

For my own peace of mind, I’d definitely carry an actual firearm back up. This however would be a good deterrent if ONE projectile did the trick.

I've seen videos in the past that show that is the case, but it seems Byrna has run afoul of EweToob's censorship rules and they are gone now. I was looking to buy their original HD launcher a year or so ago, but they were selling so many the lead time was 3 months or so.

I really don't want to go the firearm route again. After the shooting in 2008, the police are pretty nervous about me and another incident will certainly cause that to be used against me. Hell, I called the Desk Sergeant a while ago to have a police report filled out for my insurance company when the garbage men got their truck off the alley somehow and ripped out 40' of my chain-link fence. They dispatched FIVE squad cars to my house that day.

Like I said before, they won't make the "Rittenhouse Mistake" again. I'm gettin' way too old for jail/prison now.

Some of the footage may be from their S. Africa days, but we do have at least four colleges here in the Summit City. There's always plenty of retards in those places.
