Jury Delivers Shocking Verdict In MAGA Hate Crime Hoax December 10, 2021
A small glimmer of hope has been restored in the American criminal justice system after a jury found Jussie Smollett GUILTY of staging a hate crime hoax perpetuated by Trump supporters.
This guilty verdict comes after another mammoth decision in the Kyle Rittenhouse case, where the jury acquitted the teenager on all counts citing self defense.
After about nine hours of deliberation, a jury slapped “Empire” actor Smollett with guilty verdicts for five out of six counts of disorderly conduct. He has not yet been sentenced.
Smollett got off on lying to police about aggravated battery only because a reasonable doubt existed since his so-called attackers were wearing masks.
Notably, Smollett was late arriving to court after the verdict was reached. The judge gave everyone a 30-minute window to make it back, but the actor came back after that timeframe.
