German authorities revert to type

German police start measuring distances between people with folding rulers in public. This video shows police using folding rulers as they walk through a crowd in Hamburg, measuring to make sure that people stay two meters apart and “socially distance” outside. It’s all very reminiscent of another age in Germany’s history.
