The Anti-Defamation League (ADL) is up in arms over a Fox News cartoon depicting billionaire liberal financier George Soros as a “puppet master” controlling the Democratic Party. The group accused Fox of normalizing antisemitism.

A cartoon by A.F. Branco published on Tuesday by Fox News depicts Soros as controlling Democratic prosecutors who want to end cash bail and defund police departments. The cartoon angered the ADL, which called on Wednesday for Fox to pull it from the internet.

The ADL has hounded Fox News before. Back in October, the group’s CEO, Jonathan Greenblatt, wrote to Fox to complain about Tucker Carlson’s documentary series ‘Patriot Purge,’ claiming that Carlson’s defense of the pro-Trump protesters who stormed the US Capitol on January 6 could “catalyze violence, whether directed at the Jewish community or other minority groups.”

ADL Joins as Co-Counsel in D.C. Lawsuit to Hold Jan. 6 Insurrectionists Accountable for Their Actions

Civil Lawsuit is the First Filed by a Government Entity Against Proud Boys and Oath Keepers; Seeks Damages Caused by Violent & Deadly Attack

New York, NY, December 14, 2021 …

ADL (the Anti-Defamation League) joined with D.C. Attorney General Karl Racine, States United Democracy Center, Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP and Dechert LLP today in filing a federal lawsuit to hold two violent groups accountable for the role they played in planning and carrying out the deadly January 6, 2021 attack on the U.S. Capitol.

The lawsuit specifically claims the groups, and their leaders and members, caused extensive damage to the District of Columbia, and particularly to the law enforcement officers who risked their lives to defend the Capitol, those in it, the District, and our democracy...

“ADL has been at the forefront of strategically monitoring, exposing, and countering extremist threats from across the ideological spectrum for decades,” said Jonathan A. Greenblatt, ADL CEO and National Director. ...

In the complaint, the Office of the Attorney General (OAG) details how the groups planned, recruited, publicized, funded, and then carried out the attack – breaking through police barricades, forcing their way into the Capitol building, terrorizing members of Congress and their staffs, and brutally assaulting those who tried to stop them, including officers of the District’s MPD.

“States United is proud to stand with Attorney General Karl Racine and our partners in government, law enforcement, and the legal community to hold perpetrators of the violent January 6th insurrection accountable,” said Joanna Lydgate, CEO of the States United Democracy Center and former Chief Deputy Attorney General of Massachusetts. “This case comes at a time when we are seeing a major increase in political violence in this country. Election lies and conspiracy theories helped fuel the insurrection— and those same lies pose a serious threat to our democracy today. But in America, we’re a nation of laws. There are consequences for stepping outside the bounds of our democracy — for trying to overturn the will of the American people, for attacking the public safety officers responsible for protecting it — and that’s what this case is about.”...

With ADL serving as outside co-counsel, OAG filed the suit under federal and local laws, including the Ku Klux Klan Act of 1871, a Reconstruction-era federal law designed to provide a remedy against violent conspiracies that target our democracy like the attack that unfolded on January 6. OAG’s lawsuit lays out and alleges that:

The Oath Keepers and Proud Boys, and many individual members of these violent groups, conspired to terrorize the District and block certification of the 2020 election by planning, promoting, and participating in the deadly attack – not a protest or rally – on the U.S. Capitol. ....

The States United Democracy Center (States United); ADL; Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP; and Dechert LLP are serving as pro-bono outside counsel in this case.

"...Like a lawsuit that ended last month with judgments against alt-right organizers of a deadly 2017 far-right protest in Charlottesville, Virginia, the suit leverages the so-called Ku Klux Klan act. Dating from the post-Civil War era, the law gives governments the power to sue into bankruptcy entities that have sought to inhibit civil rights through violence. In 1983, the law was extended to non-government entities and individuals...."

Oh, so is that why the Jan 6 detainees have been held without charge...to protect the Jews and their "democracy", as they call it?

"Habeas Corpus [Latin, You have the body. ] A writ (court order) that commands an individual or a government official who has restrained another to produce the prisoner at a designated time and place so that the court can determine the legality of custody and decide whether to order the prisoner's release."

U. S. Army Training Manual No. 2000-25 Quote

“Democracy, n.: A government of the masses. Authority derived through mass meeting or any other form of direct expression. Results in mobocracy. Attitude toward property is communistic... negating property rights. Attitude toward law is that the will of the majority shall regulate, whether it is based upon deliberation or governed by passion, prejudice, and impulse, without restraint or regard to consequences. Result is demagogism, license, agitation, discontent, [chaos].”

Might be that the FBI, which was behind the Jan 6 walk-thru, is just an arm of the ADL. "Problem, reaction, solution" is the M.O. of "those people".

Well it seems as if two could play the same game regarding that Ku Klux Klan Act.

SPLC, ADL used as sources for Missouri militia report?

Posted Fri, Mar 27, 2009

A couple weeks ago this news broke (link):

Alex Jones has received a secret report distributed by the Missouri Information Analysis Center (MIAC) entitled "The Modern Militia Movement' and dated February 20, 2009... The MIAC report specifically describes supporters of presidential candidates Ron Paul, Chuck Baldwin, and Bob Barr as "militia" influenced terrorists and instructs the Missouri police to be on the lookout for supporters displaying bumper stickers and other paraphernalia associated with the Constitutional, Campaign for Liberty, and Libertarian parties...

Now it appears that at least part of the document was based on material from the Anti Defamation League. See this for the details. As that link points out, language used in one of the sentences appears to have been slightly reworked from an ADL document, and in March 2008 the ADL conducted "Extremism Training for Missouri Law Enforcement". Another section of the MO documents may have been taken from ADL materials....

HS Report Says "Disgruntled Military Veterans" Might Be "Rightwing Extremists"

Published: Friday, April 17, 2009

On the heels of the now infamous Missouri Information Analysis Center (MIAC) report, the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) has just released an “assessment” report entitled “Rightwing Extremism: Current Economic and Political Climate Fueling Resurgence in Radicalization and Recruitment.” With virtually no references, documentation, or annotations, the report, which was released to all branches of American law enforcement, demonizes a host of citizens as having the capacity to become violent “rightwing extremists.”

The DHS report warns law enforcement to be on guard against anyone who opposes illegal immigration, same-sex marriage, “free trade agreements,” gun control, the “New World Order,” “One World Government,” the outsourcing of American jobs, the “perceived” threat to U.S. sovereignty by foreign powers, abortion, “declarations of martial law,” “the creation of citizen detention camps,” “suspension of the U.S. Constitution,” or the abridgement of State authority. Also branded are people who believe in “end times” prophecies, and who “stockpile” food, ammunition, or firearms.

I dare say that at least 75% (or more) of the American people have beliefs that fall into one or more categories of the above list. If you are one of them, DHS suspects you of being a “rightwing extremist.” But there is more.

The DHS report specifically warns law enforcement to be on guard against “disgruntled military veterans,” especially veterans returning from the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan. You read it right.

Well, if anyone has a legitimate reason to be disgruntled, it is America’s veterans. After taking an oath to defend and support America and the U.S. Constitution, they were ordered to fight a preemptive war of aggression in Iraq; they were ordered to fight without a Declaration of War; they were ordered to put their lives on the line, not for the safety and security of the American people, but for international bankers, the United Nations, and the “global economy.” Then they returned home to a Department of Veteran’s Affairs that treats them as second-class citizens: VA hospitals are often dirty and out-of-date; medical treatments are postponed; medications often take months to arrive; and much of the promised care is never delivered at all. If anyone has a right to be disgruntled, it is a military veteran.

That said, where is the evidence in the DHS report to substantiate the necessity for American law enforcement to be on guard against potential violence committed by military veterans? It doesn’t exist. It is a blanket charge without any substantiation whatsoever. The same is true for the rest of the report. Without documentation, substantiation, or annotation, the report broadly brushes a host of American citizens as being potential “extremists” simply because of their political opinions. This is the same kind of political profiling that we saw in the Missouri report....

I believe we can also assume that the source of all of these reports is either Morris Dees and his Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLC) or the Anti-Defamation League (ADL), or both. If this is true (and we desperately need some attorneys who are willing to file lawsuits in which evidentiary material may be gleaned during discovery to substantiate these assumptions), the SPLC and ADL–and those government bureaucrats who assist them–need to be exposed and held accountable. The days of political “witch-hunting” must come to an end. Furthermore, the days of radical leftwing organizations, such as SPLC and ADL, being allowed to use federal and state police agencies to demonize and terrorize private citizens because of their political beliefs must also come to an end....

Thank you and aw, shucks. I started my search with "The Ku Klux Klan Act UNITED STATES IS A CORPORATION". I thought maybe you were going to give me the one that said the Ku Klux Klan Act IS the Act of 1871, or something...I can't remember exactly what it said, but something like that. (I couldn't find it). Then it gave a link, and I don't remember what it said either, but I think I wasn't getting the connection to what the link was saying. I mean I KNEW the US was a corporation, but their link wasn't resonating. I have seen that federaljack article before, and I should have it saved, but if I remember correctly, it might have not wanted to be saved. I think if it was, it was on my old computer, so I am going to check this one, and if I don't have it, I'ma gonna save it (I hope). Thank you very much. I am going to read it again, and watch the video. I've probably seen it before too, but it doesn't hurt to refresh my memory.
