p.s. Let us know if you'd like to meet for lunch although there's not many places left that are good anymore in The Armpit of Texas aka Austin. We bought a lot in a new subdivision in Liberty Hill and are having a house built expected to be completed late summer 22. We are escaping this progressive hellhole. Leftists destroy everything.
