I used to see a lot of friends on FB, all are gone now. I basically realised it was establishment bullshit from day 1 and only signed up so I could share pictures of model cars I built with my aunt and co-workers.

Hey Christine. Great surprise. Merry Christmas to you and Bill.

I was kicked off of FB sometime around September or October last year. No explanation given, no appeal possible. Either it was for my Trump support, my very few postings supporting Front Line Doctors, or my single comment that I was taking a break from FB for a while. The only explanation was a generic statement about violating their community standards but without a single citation of anything I had done wrong.

But I'm better off for it, of course. FB makes money by wasting people's time. The more time they waste, the more money they make. It even occurred to me that FB stock price could probably be used to measure the nation's unemployment status.

Anyway, good to see you again.
