The SPLC is now attacking another American patriot – below is her defense. by Christie Hutcherson, Founder – Women Fighting For America, LLC Beware the grifters who prey on people’s emotions to promote false narratives designed to separate unwitting victims from their money and in some cases their lives with a convenient straw man. Perhaps the left should get its story straight before attacking people who won’t sit down and shut up. One such example is the people that respond to our border crisis who are not government agents. While the propaganda machine, made of special interest hitmen and the formerly “free press”, claim to be watchdogs for the community, there is a disconnect between claims and reality. Take for example the Bill of Rights, specifically the source of power and authority to exercise it enshrined in the Tenth Amendment, which frames the federal form of government we have. “The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the states, are reserved to the states respectively, or to the people.” We must regularly remind both elected officials and bureaucrats that power originates from the People, not the government. Those powers granted the Federal government are limited and discrete, essentially enumerated by writings in the Constitution. Moreover, the states retain all powers that are not granted to the Federal governments, such powers are unenumerated, they are unwritten, broad and virtually limitless; and the People retain authority over their state governments. That is a free society. Women Fighting for America has recently come under attack by the extreme radical left for standing in the gap where the Federal government has abandoned its responsibility to provide for the safety and welfare of children caught in the nightmare of a perverse border policy that neither the Executive Branch nor the Legislative branch has the political will to address. Women Fighting for America (WFFA) is a philanthropic, action-oriented organization with members across the United States. Naturally, we have a special place in our hearts for children victimized by the cartels who trade them like chattel through child rape networks in North America. On one 2021 summer day in Pima County Arizona, WFFA was there, watching the border to rescue 7 children from a cartel coyote. There was no law enforcement resource available to take action. The depravity of these men is unspeakable by most, but we are calling it out, we must call it out and it must be stopped! The doctrine of the lesser magistrates provides an informative example of how the People hold power and how they can stand within their right, in the proper resistance to tyranny and repudiate unlimited obedience to a civil government that has become not so civil. To assert that the People have no right to stand on the border as witness to Federal government inaction, and to take lawful action where the civil government is absent is patently absurd. If one’s house is afire, standing by and watching it burn is irresponsible. Extinguishing small fires keeps them from becoming larger fires, if not conflagrations. If only the Federal government would do the job that it claims exclusive authority over, enforcement of the law to control the entry of foreign nationals and terrorists into our country, we would probably not be needed. But when the Federal government is derelict in its duty to protect the people on our borders, to rescue children from the cartels who have operational control over our borders, and then lies to the American people about how secure our border is, it is up to the people to step up. That’s what we do, we step up, we take action. If not us who, if not now, when? We have a serious problem on our southern border with poisonous drugs flowing into our streets and schools. Our families are facing the death of loved ones from fentanyl, cocaine, heroin and methamphetamine all because of the failed Biden administration border enforcement policy. While the media maligns people focused on helping under-funded, under-manned and under-equipped Sheriff’s, they conveniently ignore the fact that identification, tracking and apprehension of the transnational criminal enterprise purveyors of death is how we save lives. Not long ago the focus was on children in cages, put there by Barak Obama’s administration, the media was silent. When Donald Trump implemented his plan to keep children closer to their families through his Remain in Mexico policy, the leftist media howled about the inhumanity. so how is it that “news” rooms around the nation can turn a blind eye to the scourge of child rape networks and ignore that inhumanity? Their display of intellectual dishonesty concerning open borders is stunning. When leftist propaganda publishers like SPLC engage in attacks against the common man and woman doing good, people who risk their lives and pledge their own money and time to fight this unspeakably evil industry that is called human trafficking, using Saul Alinsky tactics, it is time to call them out and reject their elitist world view.
