We were working an alternative music show at The Vic Theater in Chicago.

This guy's drum set was a trash can. Someone saw him getting on the bus with a black guy.

They trashed the dressing room and the Manager at the Vic was hollering for them to get out and they refused to go. So they called the two cops back stage.

When it hit, one cop gave the girl a bear hug and the guy fell on the floor stomping his feet. I grabbed an arm and a leg and had him halfway out the loading door before the other cop could grab him.

The other cop said, "You're quick." I said, "I have to be."

And guess what? Someone put real trash in his drum set. LOL

Not quite following that. Somebody in Chicongo trashed a dressing room because a band member was getting on a bus?

I saw the Chamberses once -- a high school buddy and I with rock 'n' roll delusions drove into the Big Bagel for a PBS TV series filming. Enjoyable and not ear-splitting like other acts, but that was half a world ago.
