Cherysse Cleveland, 44, was allegedly enraged after the workers refused her request to mix slushie flavors, according to police. In a video shot by a witness, she is seen physically hitting the employees several times. “Craziness is out in full force, just saw this at Ravenna McDonald’s.” Facebook user Brian Allen wrote in a remark accompanying the video. Cleveland is seen in Allen’s video assaulting two female employees at a McDonald’s while one pleads for spectators to call the cops and the other questions her, “Are you crazy?” Cleveland then hits one of the employees, as the other worker exclaims, “Do not touch my boss!” to the suspect. Cleveland continues to rant and quarrel with the two other women, who keep asking her to leave, until one of the staff says, “Honey, I don’t know what’s wrong with you.” For a brief while, that remark appeared to calm Cleveland. She expressed her feelings by saying, “Sorry, I’ve been up all day. I’m sorry.” But Cleveland has swiftly triggered again, ripping the apparent supervisor’s mask off before sprinting to the front of the counter to collect ice and returning behind the registers to assault another employee. Cleveland is thrown to the ground by the worker, who strikes her numerous times. Cleveland is then placed in handcuffs by the police. Cleveland was charged with two counts of misdemeanor assault and was detained. Cleveland was ordered not to return to the McDonald’s where the incident occurred and not to have any contact with her claimed victims when she appeared in court the next day, according to the Daily Mail. The amount of her bond was set at $1,000. Mr. Allen, the witness who captured the video, was interviewed by WOIO-TV to get his story of what happened before he started recording. Allen told the outlet, “I heard her ask for a slushie with all three flavors mixed into one. Whereupon the manager informed her that they could not do that, and she became increasingly irritated and combative and decided that she would go behind the counter and fix her own drink.” As the situation became tenser, Allen took out his phone to record the incident. “I was concerned that she may start hurting somebody,” he continued. “So, I started recording in case law enforcement needed the tape for any kind of evidence of the assault.” Poster Comment: I had a case of hershey squirts and had to stop at McD's to use rest room.
