GET OUT AND VOTE: Another Republican Makes a PROMISE (Make Them DELIVER), This Time Rep. Jim Jordan as He Plans to Take on BIG TECH if GOP Regains Control of the House in Midterms

Speaking to Breitbart News, House Judiciary Committee member Rep. Jim Jordan (R-OH) promises to take on Big Tech and hold them accountable for the censorship of Americans if the Republicans win back the House in the upcoming 2022 midterm elections.

During his interview with Alex Marlow, Jordan said that the Judiciary Committee is looking into three different approaches to address it.

Ending Section 230 of the Communications Decency Act of 1996, which gives Big Tech liability protection, essentially allowing online platforms legal immunity from third-party content.

The Ohio Rep. would then seek to escalate “antitrust actions” to the Supreme Court as soon as possible, tying up loose ends to prevent Biden bureaucrats from interference.

Finally, Jordan wants to introduce a private right of action – allowing an individual protection if they believe platforms like Facebook are censoring content.

Jordan also stated that part of the reason Big Tech feels emboldened to squash people’s free speech, is because the Biden Administration is weak and this offers Big Tech an advantage, saying:

“When you project weakness from the Oval Office, bad people around the planet will do bad things, and I think we’re starting to see that play out.”

Citing the example of Secretary Anthony Blinken’s meeting with his Chinese counterpart in Alaska. “And the lecture, the dress down that the equivalent of the Chinese Secretary of State gave to our Secretary of State, on our soil, was just so wrong,” he said.

“And you’ve got to ask yourself the question, would that ever happen to Mike Pompeo in a Trump administration? And the answer is no. And if they tried, Mike Pompeo would’ve gotten up and flipped the table over, and said, ‘You don’t talk to the United States that way.’”

Rep. Jordan also wants Big Tech to be far more transparent with their moderating of content, because, let’s be honest, their censorship has reached huge proportions in the past 6 years or so.

At first it was censorship of Trump supporters, however, it has kicked into overdrive since the beginning of the pandemic and the introduction of the clot-shots.

Republican Senate Judiciary Antitrust Subcommittee ranking member, Mike Lee of Utah, introduced a similar proposal to one that Rep. Jordan proposed – calling for the FTC to lose their authority in enforcing antitrust laws.

Rep. Matt Gaetz of Florida, who spoke with Rep. Jordan on the show ‘Firebrand,’ said that the time had come to hold Big Tech’s feet to the fire in regards to their blatant censorship of conservatives.

He stated: “What Big Tech in collusion with Big Government is doing in this cancel-culture world we live in is so wrong. Bari Weiss called it the ‘digital thunderdome’ — you take on the woke mob, and they will put you in the thunderdome.”

With a huge number of Democrats set to retire from the House in 2022, the GOP is optimistic about their chances of taking back the House.

The Democrats are pulling out the big guns though and have recruited Michelle Obama as one of their tools to ‘protect voting rights.’

The former First Lady threatened to deploy thousands of lawyers to ‘protect American voters’, including pushing through voting legislation currently stalled in Congress.

She said: “Generations of Americans have persevered through poll taxes, literacy tests, and laws designed to strip away their power — and they’ve done it by organizing, by protesting, and most importantly, by overcoming the barriers in front of them in order to vote. And now, we’ve got to do the same,” Obama wrote.

“We must give Congress no choice but to act decisively to protect the right to vote and make the ballot box more accessible for everyone,” she added.

The Democrats are not the only one’s vowing to beat out Republican Patriots. The GOP establishment are also vying to install their own puppets.

Jen Kiggins – who has the backing of Kevin McCarthy, managed to secure more GOP funds despite having an abysmal left-leaning voting record and an even worse approval rating (so bad in fact, she considered dropping out of the race altogether).

Never before has the Midterms been so important. It’s vital that the true Patriots running for seats in the House and the Senate are successful. It’s time to push the Democrats and the RINOs out of power.

Are GOPers going to get real? Things are so bad they just might decide it would be good for them. That would yield us a few benefits too!

If they do not get real and take back the House and dump the Dims and RINOs into the ash heap of history we are all likely doomed. ;)
