She is Jewish and is all over the place. You cannot get sufficient D-3 from a 30 minute walk in the sun. The problem with fractures is that people take, D-3, calcium and magnesium but they do not take colloidal minerals to make bone matrix. The woman is too screwy to listen to. I take 5,000 IUs of D-3 from Life Extension. I had a cold for the past few days so I took more while I was fighting off the cold. I take colloidal minerals daily.
