CDC Website Reveals POLICE POWER Will be Used at “QUARANTINE STATIONS” for the “BENEFIT OF SOCIETY”
According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) website, they have the absolute authority to detain you or anyone else they suspect has a communicable disease and move you to a quarantine facility.
The website states that:
“federal isolation and quarantine are authorized for these communicable diseases”, they include: cholera, diphtheria, Infectious tuberculosis, plague, smallpox, yellow fever, viral hemorrhagic fevers, severe acute respiratory syndromes, measles and flu that can cause pandemic.”
The website further states that this is authorized via Executive Order of the President and he can revise the list by EO.
The website then goes on to say that quarantine and isolation are to “help protect the public” by preventing people who may or may not have a communicable disease, from being in the general public.
“In addition to serving as medical functions, isolation and quarantine also are “police power” functions, derived from the right of the state to take action affecting individuals for the benefit of society.“
The CDC then states that this also applies to ports – by air or sea and land entry points into the United States.
