Federal prosecutors revealed that Nader had agreed to give a guilty plea for a single count of felony conspiracy to defraud the US government by concealing foreign origin of funds donated to the Hillary Clinton campaign. The Intercept reported: Nader conspired to hide the funds “out of a desire to lobby on behalf and advance the interests of his client, the government of the United Arab Emirates,” according to the prosecutors’ sentencing memo. Nader received the money for the illegal donations from the UAE government, the memo said. The filing marks the first time that the U.S. government has explicitly accused the UAE, a close ally, of illegally seeking to buy access to candidates during a presidential election. Nader’s guilty plea opens a new window into the efforts of the United Arab Emirates and its de facto ruler, Abu Dhabi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Zayed, known as MBZ, to influence the outcome of the 2016 election and shape subsequent U.S. policy in the Gulf. The government’s memo notes that Nader and Los Angeles businessperson Ahmad “Andy” Khawaja also sought to cultivate “key figures” in the Trump campaign and that Khawaja donated $1 million to Trump’s inaugural committee. It is unclear where that money came from. Nader funneled nearly $5 million from his UAE business to a Los Angeles based payment processing company, disguised as a normal business contract. Prosecutors have asked for a 5 year sentence to be served after he finished his current 10 year sentence for child pornography and sex-trafficking. Nader had been previously convicted in 1991 in the U.S for child pornography and in the Czech Republic in 2003, on 10 counts of having sex with underage boys, which he served a 1 year sentence. Her aide, Huma Abedin’s husband Anthony Weiner was convicted on child porn and John Podesta, Hillary’s campaign manager has also been surrounded by rumors of pedophilia. Meanwhile, despite SCOTUS striking down Biden’s vaccine mandate, Biden is continuing to push businesses into implementing them anyway. “As a result of the Court’s decision, it is now up to States and individual employers to determine whether to make their workplaces as safe as possible for employees, and whether their businesses will be safe for consumers during this pandemic by requiring employees to take the simple and effective step of getting vaccinated,” Biden said in a statement, according to The Hill. Indicating he would put pressure on businesses to ‘voluntarily’ implement the mandates. Biden said that the ruling “does not stop me from using my voice as President to advocate for employers to do the right thing to protect Americans’ health and economy.” “I call on business leaders to immediately join those who have already stepped up – including one-third of Fortune 100 companies – and institute vaccination requirements to protect their workers, customers, and communities,” Biden noted further, claiming that adding a cumbersome (and unnecessary) vaccine and testing mandate would just be a “modest burden” on workers. “I am disappointed that the Supreme Court has chosen to block common-sense life-saving requirements for employees at large businesses that were grounded squarely in both science and the law,” he said. “This emergency standard allowed employers to require vaccinations or to permit workers to refuse to be vaccinated, so long as they were tested once a week and wore a mask at work: a very modest burden.” And while Biden pushes to force people to get a deadly shot, the French are being cut off from claiming life insurance for loved ones who have died from a vaccine death. In the U.S, life insurance companies are only paying out to those who are fully vaccinated for the time being. The fact that vaccines are causing deaths, might change their rules on their policies.
