Senator Ted Cruz @SenTedCruz

Today I asked Kenly Kiya Kato, President Biden’s nominee to be judge of the Central District of California, if racial discrimination is wrong.

She was unable to answer that simple question.

Top law schools are explicitly and brazenly discriminating against Asian Americans. I asked Biden district judge nominee Kenly Kiya Kato if that practice concerned her.

She declined to comment.

Last year Biden’s DOJ notified a federal judge that it is dropping a race-based discrimination lawsuit against Yale University.

Trump’s Department of Justice opened an investigation into Yale in 2018 in response to a complaint alleging Yale discriminates against Asians in its admission process.

In summer 2020, a Justice Department investigation found that Yale University illegally discriminates against Asian Americans and White Americans in undergraduate admissions in violation of civil-rights law.

“Yale’s race discrimination imposes undue and unlawful penalties on racially-disfavored applicants, including in particular Asian American and White applicants.”

“For example, the likelihood of admission for Asian American and White applicants who have similar academic credentials is significantly lower than for African American and Hispanic applicants to Yale College. For the great majority of applicants, Asian American and White applicants have only one-tenth to one-fourth of the likelihood of admission as African American applicants with comparable academic credentials.”

Yale celebrated the dismissal of the high-profile case and bragged about its systemic racism in a statement.

“Our admissions process has allowed Yale College to assemble an unparalleled student body, which is distinguished by its academic excellence and diversity. Yale has steadfastly maintained that its process complies fully with Supreme Court precedent, and we are confident that the Justice Department will agree,” it said in a written statement.

Poster Comment:

The issue is about Whites and Jews. Jews get a very high admission rate. Asians are discriminated against. And Jews take their extra seats in Medical and Law schools by reducing applications from Whites. We need to raise standards on Blacks and Latinos to they are equal academically to Whites. We need to cut back on Jews and then to give Asians more admissions.

Huntsville schools' diversity program created by group that says only whites can be racist

I was shocked Yahoo ran this.

Socrates is believed to have once said, “The beginning of wisdom is the definition of terms.”

Most people, including the editors of the Merriam-Webster, Oxford, and American Heritage dictionaries, would generally define racism as the belief that one race is superior to another, and anything that oppresses or elevates people based on their race.

But not the organization that has provided diversity training and programs to teachers and students in the Huntsville City Schools system.

The Anti-Defamation League, a once noble organization that has since fallen into partisan decay, had a contract with Huntsville City Schools to deliver anti-bias training to its teachers last year after having already provided its “No Place for Hate” program to the system’s students for more than a decade, according to records.

Visit adl.org/racism and you’ll see the extreme way the organization defines the term: “Racism: The marginalization and/or oppression of people of color based on a socially constructed racial hierarchy that privileges white people.”

Ironically, that definition is itself a good example of racism — assigning to one group of people exclusive ownership of a vile trait based solely on the color of their skin.

But if that’s too complicated for your second grader to understand, the Anti-Defamation League has an “elementary school version” of the definition: “The disrespect, harm and mistreatment of people of color based on made up ideas that white people deserve to be in charge and treated better.”

Records of the Huntsville City Schools Board of Education meeting on December 17, 2020 show a contract with the Anti-Defamation League to provide three training sessions in early 2021 from its “World of Difference Institute” program, as part of the system’s overall cultural diversity training effort.

“I am not one of those weak-spirited, sappy Americans who want to be liked by all the people around them. I don’t care if people hate my guts; I assume most of them do. The important question is whether they are in a position to do anything about it. My affections, being concentrated over a few people, are not spread all over Hell in a vile attempt to placate sulky, worthless shits.” - William S Burroughs
