I worked with this Ukrainian-American guy. He lived in Uke Village in Chicago.
He told me his Grandma told him that when the Bolsheviks took over they even raked out their root cellars.
He was supposed to get hitched but the woman took off on him. He used to carry a compact .45 pistol. He was doorman at a club not far from where I lived on NW side. I sold him my Sterling .22 pistol. He shot some guy in the ass with it as he was jumping a fence behind the club. Not sure why he shot him but he was fair minded kind of guy. I guess that guy was lucky he didn't get shot with the .45. ;)

I've heard through the grapevine messages from people in Kiev terrified of the bombings, their dogs yelping and running around, people asking for prayers. I was a mile from the Pentagram when it was hit by the missile on 9/11. I can only imagine the horror. Your search on Zakheim will reveal that he publicly deplored Jonathan Pollard's treason and incurred Israeli ire when he opposed the US production of Israel's Lavi jet fighter planes. Zakheim said the production of these planes for Israel would cost the US taxpayer billions of dollars.
Rabbi Zakheim sounds like the guardian of the public purse and quite a patriot, doesn't he? The phrase "he was handed his head" is a figure of speech. Israel was behind the events of 9-11-2001 as is evidenced by the "five dancing Israelis" who were picked up by police as they were filming the planes hitting the Twin Towers.
