Poster Comment:

South Korean animal feed suppliers might have to declare Force Majeure to breech contracts. Nitrogen fertilizers are expensive and scarce. The EU has a fallow land program requiring farmers to set aside land to be fallow to fight Global Warming. The EU should give farmers money to buy fertilizers and get back into production. Molodova will no longer export wheat and sugar.

This scenario was forecasted by John Podesta's food reaction game.

Of course this was all ‘war-gamed’ right, by John Podesta in the ‘Food-Chain-Reaction Game’; funded by George Soros back in 2015, which said, “In the year 2020 there’s going to be a pandemic and climate change and nationalistic interests will be rising and they’re going to stop trading food just to try and save themselves.

Is Force Majeure the same as a CF?

In this case it just means that grain suppliers will declare that due to circumstances beyond their control that the expected animal feed will not be delivered.

The other story mentioned that the EU has a fallow land policy to prevent Global Warming. They pay elderly farmers to stop growing food. The alternative would be that they leased their farm land to younger farmers and we had lower food prices.

Joe Bidet does not want lower food and gas prices because then nobody would clamor for another stimulus check this summer.

So what? That will not affect me. Even if somehow it causes USA food prices to double, I don't much care. I spend a little less than $100 every two weeks for food so if it doubles, the difference of is still less then the amount my bank account increases every month. And, when I die, someone else will spend it.

That is exactly the same attitude as that of Biden, Pelosi, and company (and it's a big company -- it includes almost every federal legistraitor). They promote policies that are destructive to the prosperity of most Americans, knowing that, because of their wealth, they are insulated from the suffering that they inflict on us mere mundanes.

There are plenty of Americans -- including my family -- for whom a doubling of food prices will seriously degrade their quality of life.

The price doesn't hurt me too bad, yet. Not being able to get it at any price is currently pissing me off.

I suppose I should get cleaned up and go out and forage today. It's just going to piss me off more though. I'm dying to go to the liquor store and see if they dumped their Russian-sounding vodka.

While at Ramette's place buy a small (trial size) container of Heaven Hill whiskey/bourbon and let us know how that goes. Be as safe as you care to be.

She wasn't there again today. She probably got fired for not being vaxxed. She's missing out on a lot of flowers, the only thing Kroger has.

I did get candy and cookies for the squirt if her dad ever has time to visit.

Heaven Hill whiskey

In South Carolina of old we'd say "That'll preach!"

In Nashville that phrase might inspire a country song.
