The Supreme Court ruled Thursday that the government may invoke the “state secrets” privilege to block former U.S. contractors from testifying about the now well-known waterboarding and torture of prisoners held at CIA sites in Poland.

By a 6-3 vote, the justices said the U.S. government can claim a privilege of secrecy even if there is no secret.

The liberal Breyer sided with the government while Gorsuch dissented. Don't know how the rest voted.

It seems it doesn't end the court case against the gov. It only prevents testimony from CIA agents about the location of the torture. That seems to be what's going on, anyway.

More proof that all of Trump's appointees was doing bidding of our masters.
