Venezuela sent a barge loaded with fuel oil for heating at a 20% discount. This covered the cost of distribution.

And how much should we give the Venezuelans for stealing the gasoline being shipped from Iran? :-/

That's an excellent point. If people only knew how much crime and injustivce the fedgov was committing every day, they'd.... they'd.... just sit there watching Wheel of Fortune like usual.
