Actually, dont believe them at all, because they are hollow. At the same time Joe Biden was told by his deep state handlers to publicly announce the U.S. would ban the importation of Russian oil, the regime was working behind the scenes on a deal that would provide Russian President Vladimir Putin with a $10 billion windfall, via reconstitution of the awful nuclear deal Bidens fellow regime-change specialist, Barack Obama, bent over backward to make. The Washington Free Beacon reports: Russias top state-controlled energy company is set to cash in on a $10 billion contract to build out one of Irans most contested nuclear sites as part of concessions granted in the soon-to-be-announced nuclear agreement that will guarantee sanctions on both countries are lifted. Russian and Iranian documents translated for the Washington Free Beacon show that Rosatom, Russias leading energy company, has a $10 billion contract with Irans atomic energy organization to expand Tehrans Bushehr nuclear plant. Russia and the Biden administration confirmed on Tuesday that the new nuclear agreement includes carveouts that will waive sanctions on both countries so that Russia can make good on this contract. Got that? So at the same time Biden is announcing punishing economic sanctions against Russia, his regime will enable Putin to more than make up the difference by providing him billions in back-door money. Imagine for a moment if President Donald Trump the Russian dupe had made this carveout; allegations that he is working on behalf of Putin would be 100 percent true. But the same allegations dont apply to Biden? We, of course, would not sanction Russian participation in nuclear projects that are part of resuming full implementation of the JCPOA, State Department spokesman Ned Price confirmed to the Free Beacon on Tuesday, a reference to the original 2015 nuclear accord. In addition, Russias foreign ministry issued a similar statement on Tuesday, saying that additions were made to the text of the future agreement on JCPOA restoration to ensure that all the JCPOA-related projects, [especially] with Russian participation, as well as Bushehr [nuclear power plant], are protected from negative impact of anti-Russian restrictions by the U.S. and European Union. Needless to say, Republicans on Capitol Hill are furious over the Biden regimes pledge to restart this atrocious deal after Trump dismantled it during his term (and remember all the allegations that Trump coddles tyrants? But not Biden, who is begging the authoritarian Iranian regime for a nuclear deal and oil all while enriching Putin? Literally, Democrats always do what they accuse their political opponents of doing.). Regarding those Iranian nuclear talks, Moscow has served as the United States top interlocutor in talks, even as the countrys war machine rolls across Ukraine, the Free Beacon reported. Literally, none of this makes sense unless you understand that a) Democrats really dont have a problem with Russia and are working to empower, not sanction, Putin; and b) Bidens left-wing administration will go to any lengths to damage our countrys global reputation while making us weaker in the face of raw aggression. Speaking on background, a State Department official told the outlet the regime continues to engage with Russia on a return to full implementation of the JCPOA. As Secretary [Antony] Blinken said last week, Russia continues to be engaged in those efforts, and it has its own interests in ensuring that Iran is not able to acquire a nuclear weapon.' The official also confirmed that the U.S. will not sanction Russian participation in nuclear projects that are part of resuming full implementation of the JCPOA, including work on Irans civilian nuclear program. Gabriel Noronha, a former State Department special adviser for Iran under Secretary of State Mike Pompeo, sees this nonsense for what it is. Rosatoms projects in Iran are crucial to the companys future financial viabilitythats exactly why we should shut them down by disrupting their foreign contractsespecially those with a regime like Iran, Noronha told the outlet. Were doing the opposite. The United States should sanction Rosatom for its involvement in Russias war on Ukraine, but in classic fashion, were giving them full sanctions immunity that will stabilize Rosatoms finances. Weakness and appeasement like this will lead to attacks on our forces and our country. Hide and watch. Poster Comment: I would hope that Russia eventually lives up to its guarantee that it would upgrade Iran's air defenses to the S-400. Post Comment Private Reply Ignore Thread
