One more just for fun.
I carry an 8" blade folding pruning saw in the funky pocket on the right leg of my carpenter jeans. WranglerStar on EweToob says it's a piece of crap for cutting wood.
I carry a 9mm handgun and I identify as veterinarian that specializes in Euthanasia for animals. A pruning saw is useless on cutting branches. Opening up a carotid or a femoral artery on the other hand, easy work indeed.
If you get a good one it's good for pruning. I was supposed to get my pole saw back from RainMan today, but whiskey and old age called. I know how to properly trim trees, I probably shouldn't talk too much as to why a $7 saw is my weapon of choice. It's easy to take a gun away, knives, not as much, without being injured. I identify as an arborist that doesn't like assholes.
