A Few Things Democrats Can't Say
What the hell kind of country is this where I can only hate a man if he's white?
"I don't think I'm gonna get the nose ring" -- pleasantly surprised to hear that in there! I once had to tell my yard guy a potential house cleaner he'd brought me wouldn't do -- the otherwise very nice young lady had a ring in her nose, YUCH.
Pleaseantly surprised to hear such a "boldly patriotic venue" exists -- The America First Warehouse. And in Long Island no less? But right on schedule halfway down the homepage, the tokens of naïveté -- quotes from Lincoln and Frederick Douglass framing one from Ben Franklin ;) Just noted the place to a pal here in SC who'd rather be in his native LI NY and thinks he's going to buy the old family home there.
USA! USA! USA! Bringing you democracy, or else! there were strains of VD that were incurable, and they were first found in the Philippines and then transmitted to the Korean working girls via US military. The 'incurables' we were told were first taken back to a military hospital in the Philippines to quietly die. 4um

I use Pandora, free version, but 8tracks linked perfectly here, thanks.

5 bucks for commercial free is not bad...haven't used Pandora lately, I liked getting suggestions based on what you have listened to in the past.
I do have free Spotify - it's got a massive library of any kind of music you can imagine. I've found old jazz and blues, big band and country from as far back as the 30s and 40s
The thing with 8Tracks is you can download free songs from YouTube or if you have CDs or cassettes and you have the inclination and some basic equipment, you can digitize LPs and cassettes and download those...heck of a lot better than stacking a bunch of 45's on a record player and have maybe a half hour of continuous music.
Also one thing that amazes me is that if you hear a song playing on the radio and you don't know what it is, you can use the phone to listen, then it will show you the song.I have no clue as to how Google does that - there must be millions of songs.
Of course with all that convenience there's a trade-off for privacy.

All my computing, etc, is done on an iMac desktop, so I'm not a candidate for smartphone apps or proggies. Truth be told, smartphones are way smarter than I.
