Putin knows how many "genders" there are. He gave a speech about it a couple months ago, and how the West is destroying itself over gender and race delusions.

Putin is very much a social conservative, and there's not one American conservative in 100 that knows that.
I, for one, know very well Putin is a social conservative.
I can also recall in the 60s when in grade school in Chicago doing "duck and cover" drills for a potential Soviet nuclear attack.
The reason we were in Afghanistan (besides Opium) was that if the Pakistani's were to become even more unreasonable, we could have gone in and taken out their nukes.
