Someone on 4um said he wanted to buy a new car without a computer just like in the old days.

Modern cars all have a computer that's about the size of a PC hard disk that controls all electronics in the whole car, including fuel mixtures.

Ironically, to get away from that, you may need to go with an electric car. Just a giant battery connected to electric motors driving the wheels. Much simpler a machine.
