City Utilities is excited to announce MyWater, our latest program, which includes a new MyWater online customer portal and a city-wide meter replacement for all customers. MyWater is foundational to offering these new services.

MyWater is a resource to help you better understand and manage your water use. You can access all your water information as soon as it becomes available, see how your use compares to similar sized homes in your neighborhood and get access to customized recommendations on how you can save water and money.

MyWater, MyAss

Bloomington seems to have a much better meter:

Why did the City of Bloomington Utilities install Smart Water Meters? Roughly 30% of the City’s water meters were read with a radio; the other 70% were manually read.

The previous meter reading program faced the following challenges:

Did not allow for timely detection of water leaks. Leaks that go unnoticed can cause expensive water bills and/or property damage.

Many of the meters were approaching the end of their useful life and needed to be replaced.

Manually reading water meters was physically demanding on CBU employees and required a fleet of trucks on the roads daily.

Smart water meters address all of these challenges.

What are Smart Water Meters and how do they work? Smart Water Meters collect water use information just as a manually read meter does. The fundamental advantage is they read every hour and transmit those reads wirelessly every 4 hours to CBU via base stations. CBU employees no longer need to visit homes and businesses to manually record information every month.

Why is there a plastic disk in my water meter lid? The smart meters transmit their data to the base stations using an antenna which looks like a black plastic disk sitting on top of the meter lid. The antenna is waterproof and durable enough for someone to step on. These antenna have been damaged by lawnmowers and other customer activities, so please do be careful when operating equipment around them.

I ran some rough numbers on this program. I make it at about $100 million in Allen County. The feds are involved at that level. FW doesn't have that kind of money to pull out of their ass. Man, I'm so sick and tired of being lied to.

Did not allow for timely detection of water leaks. Leaks that go unnoticed can cause expensive water bills and/or property damage.

Maybe you can explain how a water meter determines between a water leak and flushing a toilet. I can't figure it out.

Lot of unanswered questions.

Why is there a plastic disk in my water meter lid? The smart meters transmit their data to the base stations using an antenna which looks like a black plastic disk sitting on top of the meter lid.

Bloomington must have outside meter boxes near the street. Up here the meters are all inside the building, lest they freeze.

If I wanted strangers tramping through my house looking around, I'd join a Lonely Hearts Club. I don't respond well to threats by the government. I should probably give my criminal lawyer and bondsman a heads-up next week. I know where this is going.

Uh oh. Is there anything I can do to help out?

Michael Franzese, the New York member of La Cosa Nostra in the Bonanno family said there were six of them who took the blood oath on the same night. Five of them are dead now. He said the night he walked the 30 yards to his car when he quit, he figured he would get shot in the back. It didn't happen.

He is 70 years old now and is a motivational speaker. He said when he walked away, he took with him the 5 or 6 million a week he was making for the mob.

You don't hurt people like that and just go on with your life. Rudy Giuliani told him, "I gave your father 50 years. I'm going to give you 100." That didn't happen either. He did 10 years for something else.

When I worked with the Bondsman in Lebanon, we did some bounty hunting. I made a few hundred doing that. On time in his office, I called my ex co-driver. He asked, "What are you doing?" I said, "Working with a Bondsman." He said, "WHAT!?" We talked for a few minutes and I hung up. I told the Bondsman, "Yeah, he's a regular criminal." ROTFLOL

Yeah, don't worry. Somebody has to stand opposed to these bastards. It's the price of being a man.

Thank you for fighting.

I did a little bit of searching last night and landed on this website with some interesting comments, one so far, being pretty frightening:

"...Janet Curtis says: October 5, 2014 at 4:50 pm

oh really? my neighbor and her pets were killd in an explosion and fire set off by smart meters..if that wasnt the cause and they do deny it then said they lost it when they took it for investigation. her home was on fire, the neighbor pulled her and dog out, then the whole place blew up. Her husband has developed cancer, the same appliances she complained about going out were going out at my townhome. I have an advocate now and she called the right person for nvenergy in vegas and nev. if they were not afraid of lawsuits why did they come out and put analog bk on gas and electric?(they said water company was different jurisdiction.) My friend is dead..another friend in ny said her entire apt building blew up. Her husband died of cancer. my advocate said that she has health problems and ringing in her ears. websites say it is not approved by osha and they did walk right in my yard after i said NO. but then i had to pay 53$ for analog that i never wanted off in the first place. when i asked how they got in my gate they said it was open. I never leave it open. on the way out he said oh here is yr padlock. Now they said for free they will check all appliances and wiring for free …hmmm having a hard time waiting for apt. the trauma of our sweet neighbors demise put people in a horrible fun here. they can be sued by my friends husband since he lost everything. he was ironically at stanford getting chemo. she had no way out and her and dog died 48 hr later. her cat simply blew through the roof. talk about exacerbating my ptsds!! a meter reader came out and told me that installers wernt trained so installing is a prob also..and he said 50% say their bill went down others like me went up x 3 and im single. on fixed income too. My trees and birds have died. no one knows why. another huge expense to fix. Yes be afraid. and there are some people so sensitive to al this they DO live off grid and in caves. there is a documentary on them ..anyone that is a naysayer isnt informed or believe the enery co’s lies. they are blowing everywhere its global. not osha approved therefore actually illegal..."

Above that was this:

"...RobertWilliams says: February 23, 2011 at 8:03 am

1. INSURANCE COMPANIES WON’T INSURE THE HEALTH PROBLEMS FROM WIRELESS Smart Meters

And Insurance companies don’t sacrifice insurance premiums ($$$) for nothing.

After that I ran across a recommended site ( www.freedomtaker.com/ ) that said to go here:

www.emfhelpcenter.com/ .... wherein I saw their "NOTICE OF LIABILITY" document. Maybe it could be of some use? Maybe you could check with your insurer(s) and see if they would cover future EMF illness, property damage, and death?

They offer other warning templates as well:

"...NOTICE OF FRAUD If, at any time, the power company offers you an electronic "OPT-OUT" meter they are committing fraud. Electronic meters are not an opt-out, only the traditional ELECTROMECHANICAL meters are a true "opt-out" because electronic utility meters:
1) Have no surge protection and represent a serious a fire hazard.
2) Have switch mode power supplies causing dirty electricity.
3) Conduct unlawful surveillance on your private activities in your home.
4) May transmit radio frequencies.
If you are offered an electronic meter as an "Opt-Out" make sure and send this "Notice of Fraud" the same way as your Notice of Liability above. When you read that Notice of Fraud download (it is less than two pages) you will understand more about that. If your utility company does not give you a well-supported rebuttal against their fraud, they are agreeing to this violation. Well-supported means they have to show that they disclosed that their "opt-out" did not opt-out of those hazards and harm and was not a true opt-out.

POSTED NOTICES

Due to fire, explosion and health hazards it is important to POST NOTICES at the utility meter to warn installers of their liabilities and to warn passers by to STAY CLEAR of the meter. If you take pictures of these notices posted by your utility meter those pictures may protect you legally if the utility meter causes damage. The following notices can be printed out, laminated at your local office supply store, and hung or mounted on or near the utility meter. Property owners need to post notice so they cannot be sued when the electronic utility meter burns up, explodes, causes injury or makes someone ill. Download free posted notices here:

"NOTICE TO INSTALLERS"

"WARNING TO PASSERS BY."..."

It looks like Indiana does have some form of "Opt-Out", for "a monthly fee":

Best of luck, and I hope you can stay out of jail.

Oh! I remembered ChristianObserver had info on smart meters. I wondered what her claim to fame was in this regard, and just now read she worked for geoengineeringwatch for two years. She has written on the dangers of the smart-metered homes during the California DEW fires.

Anyway, there's this:

Win! Landmark Seventh Circuit Decision Says Fourth Amendment Applies to Smart Meter Data - September 1, 2018

Here's her smart meters archive: christianobserver.net/category/health/smart-meters/

And HERE's something interesting. A video about the blood cells after exposure to smart meters. I am going to try to view that shortly. NOTE how the pic of the blood cells look REMARKABLY like the blood cells after the clot shot!!
