Health See other Health Articles Title: I survived covid. I shared this with a friend online I had covid for 5 days. It felt like I had a cold and was trying to have a fever at the same time. I normally take 5,000 IUs of vitamin D-3 daily. But I took 50,000 IU daily while I had symptoms. I took extra vitamin C. Zinc is a natural anti-viral. But you need an ionophore to carry the zinc ions through the cell wall so the zinc can stop viral replication. While I was sick, I took 220 mgs of Zinc. Quercetin and Green Tea extract are ionophores as is Hydroxychloroquine. I take Quercetin daily with 30 mgs of zinc even now. Do not overdose with Quercetin. Quercetin is a bioflavonoid. I take several others including Black Currant and Trans-Resveratrol. I take turmeric, an anti-inflammatory, daily with a trace of black pepper as the latter boosts the former by 2,000%. I take 20 mgs of Melatonin daily to get myself to sleep and to lower blood pressure. I take liposomal Glutathione and NAC. I eat at least 50 grams of fiber every day. Dr Rhonda Patrick told us that only liposomal Glutathione can be absorbed by the human body. Liposomal means fat body. You wrap Glutathione or C with liposomes. I am taking PQQ and sent away for NAD from Life Extensions. The idea is that between the two I can energize my mitochondria and improve my energy at a cellular level. I have sent away for Enzymedica, Enzyme Defense Extra Strength capsules that digest proteins in the body that are foreign to me. Amyloids are proteins and are foreign so that should help with that major health problem. I also take 2,000 units of Nattokinase twice daily. It is an enzyme from Japan that dissolves blood clots. I never got the covid shots. People who had those shots should take Nattokinase. Covid was made in a lab at the University of North Carolina. Dr Anthony Fauci sent $3.7 million to that Chinese military lab in Wuhan to make covid even more contagious. Were you tested for Covid?
No. I refuse to let them contaminate my body with a swab from China and unknown risks. But it was unlike any cold or flu I have ever had. Then again I have O+ blood. Type O blood gets milder cases of covid and malaria.
