Americans who have spent the last two years fighting against undemocratic rule are now evoking COVID-19 mandates in response to the “my body, my choice” trope.

Abortion sympathizers are reviving the conversation about bodily autonomy following a leaked draft of a United States Supreme Court majority opinion that would overturn Roe v. Wade. If Roe v. Wade were overturned, it would bar the federal government from subsidizing or funding abortions.

“We hold that Roe and Casey must be overruled,” Justice Samuel Alito wrote in the draft of the majority opinion. “It is time to heed the Constitution and return the issue of abortion to the people’s elected representatives.”

News of the unprecedented leak has sparked outrage across the nation that the highest court in the land is being intimidated to enact certain laws.

Courts make rulings not law, Any state government or congress could done any to change Roe, but no they sat on the ass and did NOTHING.
