Video released Friday by police shows a drive-by shooting two days earlier that wounded a 4-year-old boy and a 14-year-old boy both with non-life threatening injuries and killed a dog at a neighborhood in the Washington, D.C. suburb of District Heights in Prince Georges County, Maryland.

The article fails to mention the race of all the individuals involved. Near as I could tell, they were all of dark complexion. ;)
