As a good progressive I demand a pitbull exemption because of disparate impact. We must be sensitive to the cultural norms of under served communities.

“I am not one of those weak-spirited, sappy Americans who want to be liked by all the people around them. I don’t care if people hate my guts; I assume most of them do. The important question is whether they are in a position to do anything about it. My affections, being concentrated over a few people, are not spread all over Hell in a vile attempt to placate sulky, worthless shits.” - William S Burroughs

pitbull

A former neighbor had a Pitbull bitch tied up to the phone pole outside.

She had pups and they asked me to take one. I had to turn them down since I have all I can do to take care of myself, let alone a pet. ;)

I do not think there are any Amish in California. They run puppy mills with cages stacked one on top of another. So, if the cages are three or four high, the pooch on the bottom get drenched with urine and feces. :-/
