Imagine July heat and rolling blackouts. Sweltering heat and you can't turn on the air conditioner and you can't go out to eat and you can't stay home to cook dinner on your electric stove. No gas available at the pumps in a blackout. And no electricity to charge your electric vehicle. Biden's poll numbers will be going down all summer.
