Loddy is my last pseudo dad.
It was a monumental undertaking to get DO McComb & Sons to fulfil my mother's pre-arraigned funeral plans. I got them to scratch her death date on the stone that was there since 1976. My maternal grand folks are there in one similar headstone, Mom & Dad were to one side, my mother's stillborn brother and my younger sister's on the other side. For whatever reason, my mother's ashes had to reside in the attic of my shop next to a case for an Uzi for awhile. My high school mate David McComb wasn't going to help me, so I cracked the hermetically sealed urn open in a not very dignified manner, and thankfully, Mom was in a plastic bag with a metal "dog tag" on it, sealed with a nylon wire tie. I've got the 'dog tag' in my desk. McComb's got my younger sister in the ground when she died, next to un named baby, and I put Mom all over the top of all them. My classmate has a pretty good pulverisor on his crema.
