India's Agni 5 missile has Mach 24 speed. America dreams of that maybe in 10 to 15 or even 20 years. Iron Dome is inferior to the S-400. Iranians have Mach 14 missiles and can defeat Iron Dome. And Hezbollah can dig tunnels inside Israel so they can fire one shot one kill weapons at close range. They can also flood the air with cheap missiles. Iron Dome is fired and then "What goes up must come down." Iron Dome's missiles will initially do more damage to Israel than those cheap Hezbollah ones.
