Jackson Women’s Health to overturn Roe v. Wade. The Left’s main target for their ire is conservative Justice Clarence Thomas. And Hillary Clinton crossed the point of no return with this insult about Clarence Thomas. Democrats are furious not only at the Supreme Court for overturning Roe v. Wade, but also for Joe Biden not embracing radical solutions, such as Court packing, eliminating the filibuster, and establishing abortion clinics on federal lands. Hillary Clinton saw this void as a way to seize leadership on an issue key to the Democrat Party base as another building block for a 2024 Presidential campaign. In an interview on CBS, Hillary Clinton referenced the fact that her and Justice Thomas crossed paths in the early 1970s when they both attended Yale Law School to falsely claim she had some special insight into his way of thinking. During the interview with host Gayle King, Clinton claimed Thomas was an ‘angry black man’ going back to the 1970s. “Well, he may be on his own, but he’s signaling, as he often did, you know, people — I went to law school with him. He’s been a person of grievance for as long as I’ve known him. Resentment, grievance, anger. And he has signaled in the past to lower courts, to state legislatures, to find cases, pass laws, get them up. I may not win the first or second or the third time, but we’re going to keep at it,” Clinton stated. Clinton explained that Thomas’ concurring opinion – where he attacked the left-wing concept of substantive due process and suggested the Court revisit cases that invented rights to homosexual marriage and privacy – was a signal to other conservative judges that the time to roll back Court imposed left-wing social engineering was at hand. “To the people he is speaking to, which is the, you know, right-wing, very conservative judges and justices and state legislatures. And the thing that is well, there’s so many things about it that are deeply distressing. But women are going to die, Gayle. Women will die,” Clinton stated. Leftists wins in the culture wars came via judicial fiat because their social agenda is horribly unpopular and cannot achieve victory at the ballot box. But now that Justice Clarence Thomas is leading a newly emboldened conservative majority who wants to go on offense, the Left is freaking out.
