The undertaking is one of the largest canine rescue efforts in the country’s history, according to one animal rescue group. Without an army of caretakers, adequately caring for 4000 dogs would be about impossible. But big pharma needed it so...
They really don't need them just like they really don't need the chimps they repeat their experiments on. They do it because they can.
