Police and council officials 'ignored' abuse over fears investigating Asian men would 'inflame racial tensions' More than 1,000 children were raped and sexually exploited over 30 years in Telford where police and council officials 'ignored' abuse over fears investigating Asian men would 'inflame racial tensions', an inquiry has concluded.
