According to a laboratory study, published in the Journal of Nature Products, cannabis compounds prevented the WuFlu virus from infecting human cells, by binding to spike proteins in the virus, blocking the pathogen from infecting the cells.
Researchers from Oregon State University said the two compounds commonly found in Hemp – cannabigerolic acid and cannabidiolic acid – could potentially combat the WuFlu because of their blocking abilities.
The compounds were tested, for their effects against both alpha and beta covid variants in a lab. This excluded infection rates in those who use cannabinoids to those who don’t.
Hemp has long been known to be a superfood and can be used in many applications, including clothing and extracts are used in cosmetics and dietary supplements.
“These compounds can be taken orally and have a long history of safe use in humans,” said Richard van Breemen, a researcher with Oregon State’s Global Hemp Innovation Center. “They have the potential to prevent as well as treat infection by SARS-CoV-2,” he said in a statement.
The natural sweetener, xylitol has also been found to fight bacteria and viruses, which includes covid.
Xylitol is commonly used in mouthwash, toothpaste and nasal spray, the sweetener may have strong antiviral and antibacterial properties according to researchers.
There was also a paper published in 2019 in the peer-reviewed journal, Nutrients and found that xylitol produces butyric acid in the gut.
This “promotes the generation of regulatory T-cells,” which are important components of a person’s immune system.
Another study, published in peer-reviewed scientific journal PLOS One, showed that when combined with red ginseng, xylitol was effective in “ameliorating influenza-induced symptoms” related to influenza A.
“This protective effect of xylitol should be considered in relation to other diseases,” wrote the researchers in their recommendations for future studies.
Nasal spray, which contains xylitol, was shown to lower viral activity in the nasal passageway – preventing transmission of covid in people who don’t have it and reducing symptoms in those that do.

This study was conducted on several patients with mild to moderate COVID-19 symptoms. They were administered a nasal spray that had xylitol and grapefruit seed extract. Researchers noted a quick reduction of clinical course and improvements in symptoms as early as Day 4 of their COVID-19 case.
By Day 7, the patients in the study had already tested negative multiple times for COVID-19. This “rapid clinical improvement” is being attributed to the xylitol nasal spray.
“Limited strategies are currently accessible in modifying the viral content in infected patients’ respiratory tracts, justifying the need for novel therapeutic interventions targeting the principal route of infection,” wrote the authors. “We propose that intranasal administration of virucidal and antiviral therapies may be a novel strategy to provide an added clinical benefit by decreasing the viral activity in the nasal pathway, thus preventing disease transmission, managing the disease severity and limiting complications.”
And while the MSM mocks people like Joe Rogan, who used Ivermectin as a treatment for his recent covid infection – the military have documents showing that Ivermectin “works through all phases” of covid infection – according to leaked documents.
A section of the document reveals that ivermectin was “identified as curative in April 2020” because it “works throughout all phases of illness because it both inhibits viral replication and modulates the immune response.”
Of course, the drug has been largely demonized since the beginning of the pandemic and it could be said that this is because Fauci and Pfizer will lose their EUA for the vaccine if any other treatments emerge for covid that are effective.

The city made a big mistake by not giving a business license to turn an old grocery store into a cannabis growing operation simply because of churches and schools in the area. They already had state permits. We need the jobs. ;)
