GMO crops dies in the heat. They are not healthy. Brix measures sugar content and hence photosynthesis and plant health. GMO plants never go above 5. And healthy organic plants can score 12. If the leaf reaches 86 degrees, the plant protects itself by reversing photosynthesis and essentially destroying the value of the crop. Healthy plants develop an oil sheen on the leaves that reflects sunshine. GMO plants are not healthy. They die in heat and droughts.

Prolonged heat killing crops will be sensational news at food stores after September. The West Coast is in a 1,200 year Mega Drought. One sixth of the world's grain is grown with water from the Ogallala Aquifer which is drying up. Everyone needs a garden of food.
