There are regulations against older RVs. In LA lots of people live on the streets in RVs. I have seen them in videos pouring bottles of piss onto the street near their RV. Must not care about the smell. In any event, if you bought rural property you could park an RV or two behind a greenhouse or a barn to give someone cheap accommodations. Eventually, those rural bug out locations will have to produce food and be of value to the local community.
I figured out to make a cheap NPK fertilizer that would be ten times better for crops than what a conventional farmer is paying $186,000 for.
