Russia rotates soldiers frequently. The Wagner Group which does assaults against fortified locations just came back from a 2 week rest. Group O, the other prime assault group, was seen eating dinner out in St Petersburg.
The Russians are firing 50,000 artillery shells a day and sending up 300 air sorties a day. The US cannot send the Ukraine that many shells because NAFTA shut down 80,000 manufacturing plants so Zelensky is lucky if he gets 5,000 a day or 1/10th of what the Russians send his way daily.
