An extremely rare day when I might disagree with Tucker on Taiwan. Maybe Pelosi shouldn't have gone -- certainly there's no Constitutional duty for the House Speaker to visit other countries -- but given the trip was announced, to cancel the trip because of Chinese threats would simply add credibility to the CCP's claim on Taiwan.
Fact is the CCP has been licking its chops over Taiwan for a great many years and they will try to take it eventually, and the US ultimately can't save Taiwan, especially as our decline in world power status accelerates. The only country that can save Taiwan is Taiwan, and the only way they can save themselves from CCP invasion is to build nuke missiles as a permanent deterrent. That's it. The only other out for them is a collapse of the CCP government itself throwing the mainland into destructive chaos.
Her husband had to sell his stock, and so what did this woman do? She went over there to buy a Taiwanese Share of the company that will be paid to make the semi conductors. She is investing in foreign stocks as they are not technically traceable via her disclosure. There is NO reason why she would need to leave the country for any reason.
We have diplomats and a Secretary of State. She went there on the tax payer’s dime to make money for her family. Anyone who tells you differently is a liar. Are the Chinese going to invade Taiwan? HELL NO.
All of this is to take the focus off her corrupt husband, his DUI arrest, His attempt to bribe the cops, and her insider trading. This also plays into the lie that this geriatric enfeebled alcoholic is a strong leader for the Democratic Party, and by virtue of that, Biden looks good.
We have a corrupt government that is so far gone, and so dishonest that they are putting the Chinese in a position to where they have to shore up the image of this administration to keep the cheap oil we are selling to them via Joe Biden and Hunter, and the food coming into their own nation before their little corruption filled government and banking cabal collapses.

The CCP has ALWAYS considered Taiwan to be a breakaway province of China.
Chiang Kai Shek fled there with his remaining forces in 1948 after Mao Zedong and the CCP beat them in their revolution.
Taiwan has its semi-conductor plant there that makes the microchips that are in everything you use. If the Chinkernese invade Taiwan one of their first targets will be the seize that semi-conductor plant.
This will put a crimp in every project you might want to undertake that involve electronics, or products you want to buy. And it will add fuel to the fires of WW III that has recently started in Ukraine. And believe me when I tell you Xi Jinping is watching intently. ;)
