National News See other National News Articles Title: Lawless MI Attorney General Dana Nessel Weaponizes Her Position – Concocts Lawsuit Against Political Opponent Matt DePerno, Who Has +1 Advantage In Most Recent Poll. On July 21, Vox published a poll showing Republican candidate for Attorney General Matt DePerno with a +1 advantage against Michigan’s lawless Democrat Attorney General Dana Nessel. So what does Michigan’s lawless Attorney General Dana Nessel do to level the playing field? She manufactures a case against Matt DePerno, a brilliant legal mind who respects the law and weaponizes her position to smear him. Because Nessel can’t make it obvious that she’s using her position as a tool to harm Matt DePerno, she’s allegedly shopping for a special prosecutor in Oakland County to do her bidding. Dana Nessel’s office is attempting to accuse Constitutional Attorney Matt DePerno of gaining illegal and unauthorized access to a MI voting tabulator. The investigation, in which Nessel falsely attempts to tie to DePerno, involves a tabulator that was given by the Roscommon clerk to another MI attorney to be reviewed after the clerk became suspicious of the 2020 election results. The tabulator was taken to Oakland County, where an examination was allegedly performed, and the results were shared with Matt DePerno, who used the report to bolster his case in Antrim County. On December 14, 2020, Matt DePerno shared the results of his forensic audit in Antrim Co. with 100 Percent Fed Up: THE REPORT: After the forensic examination of 16 Dominion Voting machines in Antrim, Co., MI, Allied Security Operations Group has concluded that the Dominion Voting machines were assigned a 68.05% error rate. DePerno explained that when ballots are put through the machine, a whopping 68.05% error rate means that 68.05% of the ballots are sent for bulk adjudication, which means they collect the ballots in a folder. “The ballots are sent somewhere where people in another location can change the vote,” DePerno explained. The allowable election error rate established by the Federal Election Commission guidelines is 1 in 250,000 ballots or .0008%. Based on the Allied Security Operations report, Constitutional Attorney Matthew DePerno states: “we conclude that The Dominion Voting System should not be used in Michigan. We further conclude that the results of Antrim County should not have been certified. The Detroit News reports- Because DePerno will likely face Nessel in the Nov. 8 general election, the Attorney General’s office is asking a state agency, the Michigan Prosecuting Attorneys Coordinating Council, to appoint a special prosecutor to remove an inherent conflict of interest in making potential charging decisions. “When this investigation began, there was not a conflict of interest,” wrote Danielle Hagaman-Clark, chief of the Attorney General’s criminal trials and appeals division, in the petition for a special prosecutor. “However, during the course of the investigation, facts were developed that DePerno was one of the prime instigators of the conspiracy.” According to DePerno, other than reviewing the report shared with him, he had nothing to do with obtaining or examining the Roscommon tabulator, and this is nothing more than a political ploy by his opponent, who sees her chances of being re-elected eroding. The Attorney General’s office said it’s also filed requests for an investigation with the Attorney Grievance Commission, which has the power to examine allegations of misconduct against lawyers. In the 2018 election, Dana Nessel was such a weak candidate that she actually ran a TV ad based on the fact that she didn’t have a penis as a reason to vote for her. With a heavily advertised ballot initiative to legalize marijuana in the state of Michigan taking center stage in 2018, Dana Nessel, the Soros-funded SOS Jocelyn Benson, and the radical Gretchen Whitmer were able to sit back and wait for the results of the election to come in as liberals flooded voting precincts, causing the awful trio to be elected in three top positions in the state of Michigan. All three elected Democrats have severely abused their power and damaged their reputations in the process, giving Republicans a solid chance of defeating them in November. MIGOP Co-Chair Meshawn Maddock slammed the lawless Dana Nessel in a response to the link to the Detroit News article by posted by Craig Mauger. Meshawn Maddock wrote: Instead of going after actual criminals, Dana Nessel is hell bent on going after her political opponents. It’s clear we’ve struck a chord. People can trust that Matt DePerno will go back to putting victims first & criminals in jail unlike anything we’ve seen from Dana Nessel.
