Putin declared his objectives in a speech at the Munich Security Conference in 2007. He wants a Multipolar world as opposed to America's Unipolar world. That is the way of BRICS. Three of the BRICS nations are not communists. And they are in the process of bringing in the entire Global South with a promise of Debt Cancellation. The plan is that nobody repays any loans in dollars, pounds, euros and yen.

He first developed a Mach 20 missile in 2017 and now is deploying the S-500 which can stop Mach 10 missiles which America does not even have yet. The US has so much corruption in the DOD that we are are struggling to get a Mach 5 missile. Russia is deploying the Zircon, a Mach 10 cruise missile. America has a subsonic cruise missile. Russia and India make the Brahmos cruise missile which is Mach 3. They plan to make a Mach 8 version (a Brahmos 2) in a couple of years.

And let's not forget the Comptroller at the Pentagon, Rabbi Dov Zackheim, who absconded with $2.3 Trillion to Israel where he is free from extradition. This was part of the events of 9-11-2001 and the section of the Pentagon that was hit is where the investigation into that theft was being conducted. ;)
