World News See other World News Articles Title: An Open Letter on the Ukraine Russia continues to fire 50,000 artillery shells a day. Ukraine is continuing to have heavy losses. (A leaked document from the Ukrainian Ministry of Defense ten days ago said they had 191,000 casualties and 95,000 desertions so they are now above 200,000 casualties and 100,000 desertion. The Ukrainians said air sorties against their frontlines have doubled recently. Russia has begun encircling Kharkov. Over the next week or two they will cut off all road and rail traffic to that city of a million people. The referndum scheduled for September means that those territories will be part of the Russian Federation and Putin can move hundreds of thousands of conscripts into low risk duties freeing up his regular forces to take Nikolayev and encircle Odessa as he will Kharkov. The Russians bought hundreds of Iranian drones. Each one can fire eight 25 pound rockets which are ideal to stop truck and armored vehicles. The Ukrainians can fire stinger missiles at those drones but if the drones hunt in packs they can turn the firing of a stinger into a suicide mission. Gonzalo Lira told us that the US military learned their lesson early one morning in March when Russian cruise missiles were fired from 400 kilometers (248.6 miles) away at a NATO training base near the Polish border. The US radar had no warning that the missiles were incoming. Cruise missiles are comparatively slow at Mach 3, but Russian Electronic Warfare is so far beyond ours that we never knew they were coming. There were 400 NATO soldiers on the base with $400 million in modern weapons for the Ukrainians. The soldiers all died and the weapons were destroyed. Lesson learned. Russia decided in 2014 that they would have to go to war against the US proxy state in the Ukraine. 1) The proxy state was an attempt to create a US First Strike nuclear capability on Russia's border. 2) The US set up 26 biolabs near the Russian border designed to spread diseases that would kill and incapacitate humans and destroy animal food sources to starve people into submission. 3) The Ukrainian proxy state used artillery to kill 14,000 ethnic Russians and used their police powers to torture and kill a thousand plus others. That would include the 48 Russians burned alive in Odessa when Victoria Nuland staged that $5 billion coup in the Ukraine with the help of the Mossad. Putin waited until his Electronic Counter Measures were so advanced that the US did not see those slow moving Mach 3 cruise missiles coming all the way across the Ukraine. Putin announced in 2017 the development of Mach 20 missiles. Even Iran has a Mach 14 missile. The US is struggling with a Mach 5 missile and promises to deploy one some time after the November elections. He also waited until the S-500 anti-missile system was to be deployed. It can stop attacks from hypersonic missiles which the US does not yet have. It can also stop space based weapons. Russia has developed missiles with India. India has 2 Mach 20 plus missiles, the Agni 5 and 6. Russia and India jointly developed the BrahMos cruise missile. The Russians will be deploying starting in January their new Mach 10 cruise missile, the Zircon. It has a range of 1,000 Kms ( 620 miles.) The BrahMos cruise missile has a 200 Kg (440 pound) payload so we can assume a similar warhead from the Zircon. In a couple of years Russia and India will mass produce BrahMos 2 which will be a Mach 8 version of the original probably with additional electronic counter measures. US weapons development are hampered by corruption. Those US weapons are not designed for sustained combat. The M777 and the HIMARS require maintenance after a few hours of firing. They have to be sent back to Poland for repair after sustained usage which gives Raytheon, Lockheed and others another opportunity to bill the Pentagon. By comparison, I have seen videos of Russia sending artillery units on trains to the Ukraine. Their artillery needs to be replaced after 4,500 rounds have been fired. Zelensky has forbidden his soldiers to complain to the press about the poor quality of NATO weapons in comparison to the Russian ones they had at the beginning of the war. The US Patriot missile is a poor substitute for the S-300. The Russians have 96 Tornado 9A524s in just one brigade. It can fire 12 individually targeted rockets within 12 seconds with twice the payload and 50% further with the same accuracy. HIMARS can only fire 6 rockets which is rather poor for an MLRS (Multiple Launch Rocket System.) By the way, the Russian Ministry of Defense has confirmed that Ukrainian soldiers sold a HIMARS and 31 rockets for $1,110,000 to the Russia. Dr Mark Skidmore and Catherine Austin Fitts have detailed the theft of of more than $30 trillion from the US taxpayers through DOD and HUD. Dr Skidmore told the following funny story. The US army has a budget of $122 billion. One day the US Treasury sent them a check for $800 billion to cover up the holes left by the "Missing Money." Guess what happened? The generals lost the $800 billion! Corruption is one reason why the US is well behind Russia in defending their people. The other reason is NAFTA (North American Free Trade Agreement) and industrial warfare. Since NAFTA was passed in 1993 by the Clintons with Joe Biden's support in the Senate, 80,000 US manufacturing plants have been closed. And we have added 70 million people mostly through legal and illegal immigration. So, if there is a war over Taiwan with China, the Neocon plan is the following: 1) Call up Xi Jinping and borrow two trillion dollars so we pay for the war and cover our continuing deficit. 2) Call up Chinese suppliers and get all the weapons we need and load up on things we no longer produce in sufficient quantities like shoes, clothes, antibiotics, electronics and vitamin C. 3) Get all those purchases on ships before Xi Jinping figures out we are using borrowed money and supplies to kill Chinese people. Not much quality thinking there in DC. NATO does stand for the acronym Not Altogether Thought Out. Wall Street, the politicians and the Federal Reserve have masked the loss of 80,000 manufacturing plants and the massive incoming immigration of 70 million people by printing tens of trillions in Federal Reserve I Owe You Nothing Federal Reserve Notes to cover up the tremendous poverty in America which we are now seeing with the announcement of $6,000 a month 2 bedroom poorly constructed apartments for rent in LA county. LA has rent control. Kim Iversen is moving out and her apartment's rent will be increased over 50% to $6,000. My regular readers know that BRICS (Brazil, Russia, India, China, South Africa) is developing a basket of commodity backed currencies. And they are inviting the entire Global South to join. Egypt, Saudi Arabia, Turkey, Iran, Argentina and Mexico have asked to join. The plan is that in either 2023 or 2024 at the latest, all new and old BRICS members refuse to pay any loans denominated in dollars, pounds, euros and yen. This Worldwide Debt Cancellation will instantly enrich the Global South. It will destroy all First World financial institutions and render all bank deposits in dollars, euros, pounds and yen worthless. We will face Nationwide Food Riots. The US might not even have presidential elections in November 2024. This impending economic collapse is why I do not believe we will have a land war. The Neocon crazies and the Israel Firsters might try to detonate some nuclear weapons but that is the risk the entire world will face for as long as we allow them outside the insane asylums where they belong.
