I wrote the following comment: You call it an improvement to move the US embassy from Tel Aviv to Jerusalem and to recognize Israeli sovereignty over the Golan Heights. I disagree. Israel is trying to steal natural gas from the Palestinians and the Lebanese. They steal land and water from the Palestinians. Israeli adults armed with full automatic weapons terrorize Palestinian first graders trying to walk to school. Palestinian farmers are shot at if they go into the fields. Under Israeli law, the courts award their land to Israelis because the land was "abandoned." Israelis take tanks full of septic waste and spray it on Palestinian homes and gardens. Palestinians are not allowed to complain to the Israeli police. Israelis have destroyed hundreds of thousands of Palestinian olive trees that take a very long time to cultivate before they bear fruit. The Israelis are continually bombing Syria including the Damascus airport. Syria never used chemical weapons against their people. The Israelis forced the US to make those charges and to fund ISIS and other terrorists to attack Syria. Why? Because Syria helped Hezbollah defeat the Israelis in 2006. Iran and Russia are setting up a natural gas cartel. Iran sold 300 drones to Russia. Iran is joining the SCO alliance making them military allies of Russia and China. Iran should be upgraded to the S-400 so they never have to worry about an American-Israeli attack on their non-existent nuclear weapons program. Iran has a Mach 14 IRBM missile. They should sell some oil to India in exchange for 300 Mach 3 BrahMos cruise missiles with their 300 kg warheads. That should force Qatar to switch sides and join the Russian-Iranian natural gas cartel. Russia, Iran and Qatar would have 60% of the world's natural gas. They could pressure Israel into giving the Lebanese and the Palestinians their share of the profits from the sale of natural gas to Europe. The presence of an S-400 plus hundreds of BrahMos cruise missiles would be a game changer. The US should be forced out of Syria and give back to them the profits from the oil they have stolen. The Iranians could install an S-400 system in Iraq after the Americans are forced to honor the request of the Iraqis to leave. The Iranians could give the Syrians their old S-300 to help stop Israeli air incursions. If Israel does not pull out of Gaza, the West Bank, east Jerusalem and the Golan Heights, then Iran should give Hezbollah BrahMos cruise missiles. Hezbollah has extensive underground tunnels in Israel. They might need a one stage missile especially designed that could punch out Israeli defenses. It might come to that to force the Israelis to do what is the best thing for peace, for the Palestinians and the world which is to withdraw from Palestinian and Syrian lands and make reparations for the theft of their property including the destruction of all those olive trees. In a year the US, Canada, the UK and Europe will be bankrupt so it will not matter what people outside Russia, China, India, Syria and Iran think. The West will be begging the world for food. Look at the alarming increase in the velocity of money pointed out by Bloomberg the other day. Couple that with the 16.8% inflation rate reported by Shadow Stats and the lack of wheat, corn and other grains for sale, we can conclude that American inflation rates will go over 25% soon enough. BRICS (Brazil, Russia, India, China, South Africa) are developing a basket of commodity backed currencies for international trade as opposed to the US Dollar which is a Ponzi scheme. Sergey Glazyev is a Minister at the Eurasian Union. His plan is to invite the Global South join with BRICS and refuse to repay any loans denominated in dollars, euros, pounds and yen. The day after that happens it will not matter what the politicians in London, Ottawa, Washington and Paris think about the Mideast. Your Ponzi schemes and your Empire of Debt will be over.
