This is the Tornado, Russia's MLRS which is far superior to HIMARS. Tornado has 12 tubes vs 6 for HIMARS. Its range is 50% further and has twice the payload. 240 kg (529 pound) warheads.
The Chinese are building their own version of the Tornado with Taiwan in mind, meaning with a range capable of hitting Taiwan. They could launch a few dozen Kinzhal missiles to take out Taiwanese forces inside caves and underground. Then they could hit dozens of locations with rocket artillery. 10 launchers could hit 120 separate targets. Then they can re-load and do it again. Meanwhile, they could launch 100 Mach 3 cruise missiles available from Russia and India.
