Small business owners from the UK and Ireland have been flooding the internet with photos of their shockingly high energy bills. The Poppyfields café in Athlone, Ireland went viral after posting a photo of their near €10,000 energy bill.

It would be interesting if that were true. Of course it is false. It is just another fake story. No doubt energy prices may have increased by a few percent but certainly not even close to double.
