On Sunday night, a gang of juveniles wreaked havoc by brazenly looting and destroying the Wawa Food Market in Northeast Philadephia’s Mayfair section.

That's false. It is just an attempt to make a mountain out of pimple. There was no violence, no havoc, and certainly no destroying property or the food market. It was a bit noisy, there may have been looting and some items dropped or thrown on the floor. However, that's all. No big deal.
