Why would anyone locate any facility let alone an HQ in a high tax, high corruption state like Cali, NY, Mass and Illinois? You can get educated workers to move to zero state income tax areas like Nashville.

I think I'm a pretty nice guy. At least I haven't killed anybody in awhile.

I am in a target-rich environment though.

Be careful, you might be one of their targets.

I was in Northern Indiana and rural Michigan a couple of weeks ago, and I found the people pretty decent -- much nicer than the New York, Massachusetts, and New Jersey types who flock and permanently roost here.

Yes, I've noticed that. All around the world. Well, at least in the six countries and three continents that I've visited. (That's not counting Kentucky or Texas as separate countries.)
