So when Trump was President in 2020 the Medicare part B premium was $148.50 and today it is $170.10. But payments to doctors under Medicare will decrease 8.25%.

This is my idea of medical care of the poor on Medicare and state programs some time in 2024 before the elections.
In 2024 Mr Jones gets a letter telling him that all of his medical needs will be taken care of at one location. He sees the address and gets on the bus. He walks the last 2 blocks. He sees a sign that says Animal Hospital. On the left he sees a sign that says Cat Entrance. On the right he sees a sign that says Dog Entrance.
Underneath the Dog Entrance sign, he sees a small poster with the handwritten message "poor folk please go around the corner to our rear entrance."
