Reminds of the story about the kid who was shooting a single barrel 12 gauge break action shotgun with a friend. In all the fun and excitement, he accidentally loaded a 20 gauge shell, then a 12 gauge shell on top of it. It blew part of the receiver into his shoulder, severing a major blood vessel. He almost bled to death, but in the end was OK. He won't mix yellow and red shells again.
